Set Design - New Corvo Airbase

Based in the Star Citizen lore. The New Corvo airbase is situated on the outskirts of the capitol city of Aremes in the Vega system. It houses two fighter wings, a retaliator bomber wing, numerous landing pads and the Combat Information Centre for the star system located underneath the Air Traffic Control tower.

Due to the scale of the set it was build in stages. First the overall layout of the hangars and runways was planned out and the sections marked to determine which pieces to build. Since it was a set to be built and used in a film rather than a video game only parts of the airbase had to be created. As such much of the airbase is unfinished or unpolished as it is not required.
