Search and Rescue | Star Citizen Cinematic

The first project to utilise CryEngine in a large capacity. Search and Rescue (SaR) is a modern remaster of the opening sequence to the game Descent 3, set in the Star Citizen universe. It was made over the course of a few months due to university commitments at the time and marked the transition from rendering in element 3D to utilising the real time engine, CryEngine. This project also features the first use of an external character animation rig seen in Star Citizen fan content. With the exception of the facial animations (owned by Cloud Imperious Games) the full body animations were all created in Maya.
